We will cover your return shipping costs and, based on your preference, either issue a full refund or send a replacement.
2. Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in perfect condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
